For many years we only produced balancing machines, we had small machine tools, such as milling machines, lathes, welding machines.
5 years ago we started producing rotors for forestry mulcher rotors, we made a bigger workshop, then we bought larger machines too. We designed and made some special machines as well to make the production even more effective.
Our company is a small one, we do not want to make it much bigger. Our team is now similar to a family.

We never keep our employees under pressure, we provide appropriate working conditions, so that everyone feels comfortable in our company.
We would like to find new business partners. We are looking for challenges for which we have knowledge and equipment. This can be mainly the production of small series of rotors for machines, but if our customers have other requirements and we can deal with them, we will undertake them as well. Due to the small size of our company, we have a different approach to the tasks than the larger companies.
More about us
We are very flexible and we like simple but good technical solutions. For quality assurance we do not use a complicated and expensive quality assurance system. Such a system is not suitable for the size of our company. I, as the company manager, owner and engineer, check the work in the workshop several times a day, visit all the employees, and discuss with them the details of the work in progress.
If one of the employees gets sick, I have to work in his place, I also have to be able to do these tasks. In these cases, I see for myself if something is ineffective or inconvenient, or the machine does not work properly, then all this is upgraded. The small size of the company, the daily contact with the employees and the constantly supervised work ensure the quality of our production.
I am an entrepreneur myself, the company bears my name. If someone does not work in the proper way, he will violate my name and he will not be allowed to work in the company. I work together with the employees, we eat together in the dining room. I would like to keep it that way.
